BJP Consulting was founded in 2000 to provide senior-level consulting services to clients engaged in ERP implementation and upgrade projects.  The Founder, Belinda J Pacheco, melded her public sector accounting experience with her classroom and hands-on experience in implementing software to support sound business processes to respond to the industry need for knowledgeable, experienced financial system consulting.  As a utility accounting manager, she gained unique experience and know-how in the requirements of tracking and reporting financial information that make her a valued resource to her clients.  For the past ten years, BJP Consulting has been working with clients as they transition from their legacy Finance and Human Resource systems to web-based, complex applications based on relational databases and sophisticated technical architectures.
